           refurbishment and sales for second-hand bearings.
1999   Mr Li Yunlin started to purchase new produced bearings and parts
           in southern cities and sold to northern cities in Shandong and

           Hebei.
2002   Mr Li Yunlin founded Luguan Bearing Parts Co.,Ltd in his
           hometown,specially for rings production of deep groove ball
           bearing and taper roller bearing.
2006   Mr Li Yunlin founded Huarun ( GHR ) Bearings Co.,Ltd,specially
           for production of deep groove ball bearing and taper roller bearing.
2010   Subsidiary company – Liaocheng Haoyi ( HY ) Bearings Co.,Ltd
           was founded,specially for sales of foreign market.
